The SP (R) series submerged Slurry Pumps are single-stage, single-suction, cantilever, vertical centrifugal slurry pumps, suitable for conveying abrasive, coarse-grained, high-concentration slurry, without any sealing glaze water, insufficient in suction It can also work normally under the working conditions. Especially suitable for the use of various pit pumps in mines and coal preparation systems.
SP series pump body, impeller and other flow parts are processed by a variety of anti-wear white mouth high-chromium castings, which have the characteristics of wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and erosion resistance.

Performance characteristics：
The structure of the SPR series is the same as that of the ZV series, except that the parts in contact with the medium are all made of rubber, which has excellent corrosion resistance. ▲ Without shaft seal structure, the pump head works under immersion in liquid, and is often installed on the tunnel. It can be fixed on the beam of the tunnel or suspended. ▲ Bearing is grease lubricated, which is convenient for maintenance. ▲ A suction pipe can be installed at the water inlet below the pump to suck the high-concentration slurry under the tunnel. ▲ It can be applied to intermittent working conditions and has a wide range of working conditions. ▲ The adjustment of the position of the impeller can be achieved by adjusting the thickness of the gasket between the bearing body and the bracket, which is convenient to operate. ▲ Two-way suction impeller effectively reduces axial load.
