Product Description
The overall structure of this rotary drilling rig is compact. It is mostly used for small engineering construction. The rotary excavator has a large drilling depth of 15m and a drilling diameter of 450-1500mm. It can be used with a variety of drill bits for construction. It is suitable for drilling and excavating sand and clay, and drilling through the surface of concrete. The weight of the drilling rig is between 15-17 tons. It is equipped with crawler chassis and front bulldozer, which has a certain capacity of earth moving construction. Soft casing can be installed according to the degree of soil collapse. Auxiliary Winch is equipped on the drill pipe mast to help hoisting construction equipment. The drill pipe is driven by hydraulic power head, and the drilling speed is adjustable, which is suitable for different soil properties. The drilling rig has been certified by CE, ISO, SGS and other quality management system certificates.

The hydraulic system adopts negative flow control technology, and the upper and lower limits, oil cut-off and power-off functions are added to make the hydraulic system more efficient and energy-saving; the hydraulic control three speed control technology is added to make the loading and unloading vehicle slow and stable;
12. Adopting high efficiency stepless variable power head and high and low speed control, drilling is more efficient and vibration of the whole machine is reduced;
